Delicious, great service .....

It is a mystery to me how this restaurant gets an average rating of almost five votes. Due to COVID 19, we had called in advance and reserved a table. So far so good, after entering the restaurant we were also shown to our table. Then nothing happened at first. No card was given, we were not asked whether we would like to drink or what we would like to drink. Nothing happened. At some point the service staff noticed that there were no drinks on our table (at least seven people). After a successful order, you should think that the drinks will arrive soon. But it didn't. To put an end to the wait, I went to the counter and asked about the status quo of our order. Then we all had something to drink. Mission accomplished. After the first thirst was quenched, we were all hungry and wanted to order something to eat. Smart as we were, we kept the cards from the drink order. Who knows how long we would have waited otherwise. The taking of the order was then also quite quickly. Anything else would have surprised me, since the map was clearly laid out. And now it comes, the food came and came and just didn't come. What can be so difficult about the preparation of a portion of pasta and French fries? The children became restless and were right to grumble. I would have loved to give the cook a hand to make it go faster. But since the restaurant was not nearly fully occupied, I couldn't imagine that the kitchen would be overwhelmed. When asked where the food would stay, the food arrived after another good half an hour. Now you should think food is there, everything will be fine. That was the case with nieces. Roulade was ordered. The roulade was so dry that it was inedible. I had a half Ordered grilled chicken. I couldn't really figure out what my plate was like. There was half a chicken on it, so far so good. It was well grilled too. The chicken floated on an oily substance that was supposed to be enriched with sweet peppers was a mystery to me. And a thick big pickle didn't add much to the transparency either. But as the saying goes, hunger drives it down. And so it was. The restaurant gets one star for the nice decor. But you should expect more than just nice furnishings in a restaurant.

We had ordered a 3-course menu with corresponding wines in advance. It is always something special under Corona conditions. The food was good and solid. The accompanying wines went well. The service and support as a guest was excellent. You can see the effort and diligence in the food and the service. We'd love to go back here.

Seldom eaten so well. I have rarely had such delicious and juicy schnitzel. Also very tasty wines. I wish we had such a restaurant in our village. Keep it up, just great!

Never experienced anything so bad !!! And I can evaluate that objectively, since I go to restaurants 2-3 times a week! 1st visit at the beginning of July 2020: Hair in the food, cola stale. After the complaint, a café “on the house” or something similar was not even offered! 2nd visit in early August 2020 Hair in the food again. Goodwill = zero! There is no third chance. Can NOT recommend this address! Tip: The boss could just move his A to the guest and discuss the complaint personally ...

The hotel is located in a very nice place with beautiful landscapes. Very cozy rooms that are equipped with everything you need.

The place is clean, owners nice, modern decor in the most beautiful village in the area. Cafe a bit sterile but serves its purpise. Not a lot to do but we did take a lovely walk up the hill to stunning views of vineyards and rooftops.

We were looking for a place to have dinner and found this. It was really warm here. We ordered a bottle of wine, that tasted good. But by a minute all the fruit flies where by our bottle of wine. And also in ours glass. It took about one hour before we got our food. The food was okay but not special. The waitresses where making fun of a costumer because he didn't like something. And also the English is really bad.
